Just Another MANICure Monday... w/ Linky!

Wow... I can't believe that we are in the 3rd week of the "New Year" and the days are rolling by SUPA FAST! I haven't blog in what seems like 4 EVA!!!! I don't have a legitimate reason for NOT blogging other than being the BIGGEST procrastinator known to man/woman kind! At any rate, I hope everyone year has started off to a GREAT start. Today, is observed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as he recently had what woud have been his 85th Birthday and in his honor I created a candle in his remembrance... May his light forever shine in our lives!!!!! ~"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." -Martin Luther King, Jr.

I REALLY wanted to do my nails in something symbolic towards "King Day" - today is a GIFT and everyday should be treated as such! Therefore, my mani was inspired by the word: GIFT!

Andddd... what girl doesn't like GIFTS!!!!! Which reminds me of one of my very 1st gifts from my Hubs was a Tiffany Necklace & Bracelet. It was my very 1st time EVER receiving a little blue box so I was STOKED!

Just Another Manicure Monday... Jawbreakers

Happy Monday Loves… Cheers to another week!

If you are a Mother I hope your Mother’s Day was filled with Happiness, Joy, and Peace!!!! I can say: my Mother’s Day was beyond blessed and I’m completely back from vacation and what FUN I had!

This week manicure was inspired by my blogger buddy Jeimy over at Jeimy's Fashion Love Affair as she posted a pic of her manicure on Instagram (see below) and I was highly inspired.

 I use 2 newbies from my KleanColor collection: White & Peaceful Heart

Of course I had to add a little sparkle - It wouldn't be me w/o the sparkle!

My daughter stated that my nails reminded her of Jawbreakers… What do you think?

Just Another MANICure Monday!

Since today is: Just Another MANICure Monday & it’s time for me to get a fill-in… I decided that I would share my latest polish haul with some color swatches. As many of you know I’m a POLISH ADDICT and I just recently indulged in yet another polish haul. Hmmm… DO I NEED HELP???!!!! Nope, I think NOT! HA!

Left to Right: Kiss Goodbye, Pink sleepless, Mocha, Diamon Gold, and Cooper

Left to Right: Clear, Black, Pink Star, Mango, Disco Ball, Sheer Lilac

As previously mention Klean Color is my #1 Polish right now mainly because of the price but they seriously have GREAT colors and the POLISH apply smooth with no chips, cracks, and/or peeling and the polish actually dry fast and last so I have absolutely no compliments.

When it's time for a fill-in I do color swatches to help better find the color I want... Please note only 1 coat was applied

Ok, so I told y’all I REALLY don’t have many polishes as folks may think I have. I’m at an E-Z 50 - 60 bottles of nail polish. I’m not sure what my ultimate goal is but Curls and Mo tagged me in the Nail Polish Video Haul and I’m not quite ready for that yet. I wanna step my polish game up just a tidbit more before I do a full polish inventory video. J

Goodbye 2012 & HELLO 2013 + Manicure Monday!

Before I end this year with my last official blog post of 2012… I just want to let you all know that I greatly appreciate each and every one of my followers, readers, and lurkers I know that my posts haven’t been as frequent as they were in the beginning. I sort of got distracted and got off track. I also, kind of lost focus of what direction I wanted my blog to go. But at the end of the day… I want to keep my blog grounded and continue to be a lifestyle blogger where I can share my “Life through Style” but I can’t lose focus of Me by doing so! Although, I am NOT PERFECT many of you know I have a HIGH regard for the HIGHEST POWER,  a strong spiritual foundation, and a magnitude of RADICAL FAITH!!!!  

So I’m saying that to say although, I don’t speak on it don’t mean I don’t see it. I have definitely seen the good, the bad, and the UGLY of blogging… And, once the FUN and INSPIRATION is no longer a part of my reason behind me blogging I will have to close my laptop for good!!!! Just know that if I can’t be ME then blogging isn’t for ME! I want to continue to have FUN and continue to inspire others even if it’s just one person… With that being said: I’m not exactly sure what 2013 has to offer me and what’s in store but I AM CLAIMING GREATNESS & I’m going in the New Year with my mind, heart, and eyes WIDE OPEN!!!!

To set the New Year off right I wanted to have some festive nails for the occasion. I’ll be bringing the New Year in at church I figured my nails should look good my nails could look good while I’m PRAYING & PRAISING!
