Mother’s Day Recap & OOTD!

Happy Monday My Loves! I haven’t gotten around to doing my nails for “Manicure Monday” so I’ve decided to share a recap from my Mother’s Day. I know, I know… I’m a lil late but hey I figured it’s better late than never. Then again every day is Mother’s Day if you ask me! ~shrugs~

The Mother’s in my family were brought together and the Men of the family cooked for us and served us! I didn’t get a pic of the food table but I have to hand it to the guys they did good! It also felt good to have the guys take charge in the kitchen and wait on us ladies hand & feet! J

A New Year... Wordless Wednesday!

Happy New Year!!!!

I know that most bloggers did a review of their looks, people they met, and places they went as they put out a 2012 review posts. Whelp, as for me. I STILL have pics and posts in my archive that I want to share with you guys so I REALLY hope you all don’t mind me sharing these with you throughout this month. However, I will squeeze other posts in between my archive posts. I would REALLY like to get back to my blogging consistency so my 1^st post this year is: Wordless Wednesday

I'm started off by changing my mindset and the way that I think... So when the New Year kicked in I didn’t just say what I was going to do: I did just what I said. I don’t do New Year resolutions as I strive to be a better person daily but I do have goals and here are a few pics to give you an idea of my goals.

This lady is the very reason why I breathe…  I owe her EVERYTHING!

They say the closet you will ever get to feeling the love of GOD here on earth is feeling the love of a MOTHER!!!!! I most definitely feel his LOVE every single day through her. She’s such a blessing and I can’t imagine GOD ever thinking twice when he assigned her to be my MOTHER!!!!!

Mother’s Day 365!!!!!

As I reflect on this past week Mother’s Day… I have come to grips with the fact that it’s underlie overrated because “MOTHERS” should be celebrated each and every day of the year!!!! Not just one day in May and NOT just because I am a Mother but, simply because Motherhood is such a wonderful blessing from GOD!!!! God trusted Mothers enough to allow us to bear children and our gift back to him is to nurture them and prepare them for life.

I am VERY thankful for Motherhood daily because it’s a simple JOY to wake up to my two (2) daughters smiling faces but I am also most grateful for my MOM!!!! She’s my best friend and everything that a child could ask for in a MOM. As for family & friends that has lost their Mother… my heart goes out to them as I couldn’t imagine life without mine. I can say truly say that I enjoyed Facebook on this particular day... just being able to witness over half my FB friends change their profile pics to their beautiful Mothers just made my heart skip a beat. With that being said, In honor of Motherhood...
