Cupcake, Ice Cream, & Me Time!

I finally got the opportunity to stop by Camicakes Creamery

 Upon arriving at the cute cupcakery café I found it to be very inviting and pleasing to the eye that I decided to stay for a while being that I had minutes to spare. 

 

This was not a planned visit I just happened to be riding by and decided to stop in to get a cupcake to go. Nevertheless, I ended up getting a cupcake & ice cream and found myself sitting dining in to enjoy it!

I felt like a BIG kid eating junk food with no responsibilities!!!!

This was the 1^st time in a lonnnng time that I have actually enjoyed some “me time” without rushing to go home to cook, clean, pick up my daughter, go to a birthday party, event, hair salon, nail shop and/or make a grocery store run. It was an absolute pleasure just sitting and taking in every minute of doing NOTHINGNESS. I found myself not even thinking, talking on the cellphone, or being on social media for all of 45minutes… just how cool is that? 

 After all that sweetness… I went and picked up my “sweet” daughter & she was sweet enough to snap a few pics of my OOTD

No one will treat you the way you want to be treated… It’s ok to date yourself, treat yourself, and love yourself.

You can never date, treat, or love someone else until you do it for yourself.

NOTE TO YOU: You deserve quiet moments even if you are married with kids… Nothing is BETTER than some ME TIME!  When was the last time you can honestly say: you had some ME TIME?

Happy Fri-yay!!!!

Sooo… let me just tell y’all about this AWESOME Blogging Group called: BLM (Bloggers Like Me) They are some of the most inspirational, smart, classy, influential, and fashionable ladies that I know. On Sunday, I had the pleasure of joining a few of these ladies for Brunch at Mimis Cafe.

We welcomed Chrissy of Beatrice Clay with open arms and the southern hospitality in me came bearing gifts! Yup, I got that from MaDukes… I was taught to ALWAYS greet guest with a GIFT! So, being that this was an Atlanta met up and Chrissy was all the way in the “A” from the BIG APPLE – I had to bring her a lil something something!

My food was DELISH & Price just RIGHT becuase my meal just happen to be complimentary. #Winning lol

Tweet & Eat with the BFF’s at Shula’s 347 Grill

 I’m stopping by for a quick post to let you all know that it’s that time again!!!!!

Yes, it’s time for another FABulous Tweetup event with the Blog Fab Fashionistas!

Join Oh! Nikka the founder of BFF, myself, along with the other BFF Ladies for an evening of food, fun, tweeting, and plenty of photos at Shula’s 347 Grill in Buckhead. Guests can also take advantage of Shula’s $5 martinis and 1/2 priced glasses of wine while grooving to live music in the lounge! So let’s sip and socialize the night away BFF style! The menu was a little confusing as they had the normal portfolio menu then they had a page insert front & back with a list of other sushi entrees.

 

I totally can’t remember what I ordered because I’m new at the whole Sushi thingy… but I will say that the crab rangoon were to die for!!!! They melt in your mouth!!!!
