Wordless Wednesday... Shamrock Brunch

No, I’m not Irish but in the name of FUN my daughter & I had a SHAMROCK Brunch this pass Sunday (St. Patrick’s Day)

Some of you may have already had the pleasure of seeing the above pic on my Instagram and/or Facebook page so I decided to record it on the blog and share it here as well!

I had to keep adding more & more food coloring to get it to this color GREEN; which is still not the actual GREEN I was going for.

It only took 15mins to make this meal; We also had scrambled eggs and bacon to complete our brunch!

Recently, I attended my BFF Sophia aka Soso of Soo Soo Tasty 70’s themed Chocolate Pink Birthday Affair!

It was held at Soma Intimates at Cumberland Mall

 

The Boutique was decked out with Pink decor, goodies, and a spread of FOOD! 

Upon arrival the guest were greeted and welcome into an array of FUN!!!!

In lieu of gifts Soso asked that the guest bring toiletries for the Carrie Steel Boys & Girls Shelter 

Soso has also teamed up with Sabrina Jenkins as they are on a mission to STOP Domestic Violence and will be giving back to them as well... "Nothing like having a Party with a Purpose"

Although, she asked us NOT to give her any gifts... what’s a BIRTHDAY w/o the GIFTS!!!!! So, of course we did not listen to her and showered her with plenty of gifts…

Celebrating in Spring Attire... OOTD!

I've been supa BUSY per usual so let me wish you all happy 1^st of the monthhhhh… I hope everyone has jumped off to a great start of the week! 

We have finally reached October so I guess it’s officially FALL Y’ALL!!!!! J

 Recently, a few friends & I celebrated our high school friend 40^th birthday dinner at Acoustix Jazz Bar

The MENU was really unique how they had names of different Jazz Singers as the selection

Hmmm... I'm not sure why a microwave is back there???!!! *Kanye Shrugs*

The entire ambience is REALLY nice considering the transformation that it has gone through as I know it was once a club turned restaurant and now a Jazz Bar… I would definitely return as the wait staff was very pleasant & simply amazing!!!! However I would recommend better LIVE JAZZ!
