Just Another MANICure Monday… OPI & Essie!

Happy Monday… I’m feeling good and feeling GREAT! I hope everyone had a wonderfully blessed “Thanksgiving” as I did. There are just sooo many things that I am “thankful” for that I don’t even have enough blog space to share. Just know that that for the most part I am truly thankful for the air that I breathe and that I’m alive and well to share with Family, Friends, and of course my blog world! Without you guys my blog could not be successful and I thank each and every one of you for taking the time to READ or even just click on my blog to see what’s happening with me. Just to know that I was though of means a lot!  

Alright, Alright, Alright… before I get all mushy mushy let me also share that I am “thankful” and super excited to have

re-launched my online LA Lynn’s “Faith and Fashion” Store. For those who have been following, reading, speculating, and truly know me know that this is where my true passion is… Everything I do I try and do it for the Kingdom w/o being too “churchy” Ugh…. (Church Folks) lol No seriously, I love spreading the word while enhancing your wardrobe.  

It actually felt good re-launching the store and having ground breaking $ALES. I’m so grateful for everyone that has shopped and for those who plan on shopping my store. Just Another Manicure Monday (on Tuesday)… Cocaine!

Well, it seems that my days are moving faster than my blog posts are… I’m so into the instant posting of IG that it may have me where I’ve neglected my blog. I want to apologize for that but I’m trying so hard to keep up with Facebook, Twitter, IG Blogging, Business and Life in general that sometimes it can get the BEST of ME!

This week Mani I like to call: Crack; yup! In honor of my addiction to coffee & cocaine nail polish... All white… “Snow White”

 The downfall of having an all-white manicure is that it get dirty/dingy really fast. Do anyone have a suggestion on how to keep white manicures looking white?

I guess you can say I am a day late and a dollar short… but at least my nails are FABULOUS! Lol

Ok, so I was late painting my nails and didn’t get an opportunity to do them until late last night and duh it dawn on me that I was hosting Manicure Monday for this week. J

Just Another MANICure Monday.... TR Love Cosmetics Review!

Holà! Happy Monday Loves…

Last week I shared that I purchased Tami Roman of Basketball Wives the new nail polish & gloss from her TR Love Cosmetics. Well, I got an opportunity to use the nail polish and I can honestly say that I’m very impressed with the overall results.

1^st off let me just say upon ordering the polish it shipped really fast and it arrived safely and secured as I have my share of HORROR stories with polishes being mailed.

 

The polish came on very smooth and dried fairly fast. (drying fast is ALWAYS a concern for me because I like to polish my nails on the go) I applied (2) two coats however the color came on evenly with just one coat.

The only hiccup I ran into is the way that the top screw off… Be very careful because the cap is not connected to the actual paint brush top and when I initially open the top polish splattered over my hands and clothes but I no worries I was quick and had polish remover on deck to clean it up.

What I like most is what you see is what you get. The color applied exactly how it appears in the bottle which I LOVE because I have ordered color from other lines and it appeared totally different once the polish was applied. That’s totally unlikely with this brand. Also, I’m in awe with the shape of the bottle and how it can be easily stored on my polish shelf! It’s obvious Tami knows her polish… Kudos to her and her new cosmetics line; she has definitely gained another polish addict customer in me! But WAIT... I just found out that the line will be sold in 400 Walgreen stores!!!! That's major... I know out of the 400 stores that it's coming to the "ATL" I just hope it's coming to a Walgreen store near me!

Just Another MANICure Monday… Magic in a bottle!

Happy Monday... Hope u guys enjoyed your weekend as I did. Ok, let me just tell y’all about my lil trip to Target yesterday. I went in for one thing and came out with a basket full. Ugh... Don't you just HATE that! LOL!

I was just minding my own business when this polish just JUMPED right out at me.

But I'm surely glad it did. This polish was like magic in a bottle.

Just Another MANICure Monday... 3D Nail Art!

Happy Monday Loves… Hope you guys had a wonderful weekend!

My weekend was FUN filled and if you follow me on Instagram you already know what I mean. Which I will be sharing more pics later this week.

1^st let me just tell y’all that I came home to a box of Nail Polish MESS – the nail polishes exploded (from the heat) in my mailbox. This was my 1^st time ordering nail polish off eBay and I’m highly disappointed! I have tried to contact the seller but haven’t heard anything back as of yet. Also, I was told that I would get 15 bottles of nail polish and only received 12 which only 4 bottles survived the shipping! From this experience along… I REALLY don’t think I will be ordering nail polish from them again.

To make-up for the disappoint I decided to play in my FALL nail polish colors

But low and behold it was time for a fill in so on Saturday I took a visit to the nail shop but before going to the nail shop to my SURPRISE I had a box waiting for me at my front door from GILT!

It was filled with Nail Polish Goodies… this made me feel much better since I just had that awful experience just the day before. GILT packaged the items very well and securely. So, I decided to go with one of the colors from my package.

I love the quality and color of the nail polish but I can't say that I love the 3D Nail Art... I'm not totally 100% sold on that!

Just Another Manicure Monday... Manicure Makeover!

Happy Monday Loves… Hope you guys had a wonderful weekend!

Did any of you get an opportunity to RELAX, SHOP, or watch Football? Seem like everybody in my circle was either at Target shopping the Philip Lim Collection or watching Football. As for me, I relaxed on Saturday until my daughter had a dying so-called emergency. Then on yesterday I went to church and relax for the remaining of the day.

Wet N Wild White & Party of 5



As of yesterday I did a little “Manicure Makeover” by utilizing these Nail Art Stickers Tattoo. This go round I used the NFL Falcons stickers that I purchased a while back at the “Dollar Store”. Being that the Home Team the Falcons won the game on yesterday against the Rams I decided to support them by applying the nail tattoo to my already manicured nails.

Whelp, they lasted all of 1 hour well maybe 3hrs at the most. I happened to look down at my hands and the stickers tattoo’s had already came off of my nails. I’m not sure at what point they came off but they were off. My experience with these were totally different from the KISS Nail Art Stickers…  

I’m thinking maybe since these are considered Nail Tattoos instead of Stickers that it’s makes a difference.

I guess they were FUN while they lasted… but I’m glad I paid only $1! J

Manicure Monday on Tuesday…

Given the fact that yesterday was LABOR Day I did absolutely “NO LABOR” but I did do a little blog hopping and online shopping with some small business owners. Then afterwards I did a little target practicing at the Shooting Range which I will share later this week on the blog.

With that being said I hope everyone had a LAZY Lovely Labor Day!

 It seems like it’s been forever since I last did a blog post sharing my Manicure.

I find the most challenging part about my manicures is picking the right color. Especially when you have all this staring you right in the face. What is girl supposed to do?
