   I've been MIA from the blogosphere but this time is for good reason... As stated in my last post on Valentine's Day - I went out of town for a few days and when we returned home we got news that my Father-N-Law passed away. My Husband took it harder than expected and everyday we had a host of family and friends that came over to visit. We are still receiving cards, calls, and texts and I'm so very thankful for everyone who reached out to us during this difficult time. So, with that being said I did my nails last week in honor of my Father-N-Law... Death is NEVER easy but God don't make NO mistakes!

Just Another MANICure Monday... Super Bowl Inspired!

Happy Monday!!!! I know I haven't been blogging as much as of late and I REALLY don't have an excuse other than the fact that I'm LAZY, A PROCRASTINATOR, and well, I'm about that MICROWAVE life so I've been cheating on the blogosphere with Instagram. BUT WAIT!!!! Before y'all give up on lil ole me... I promise to do BETTER!!!! If you don't believe me... just watch & see. (Tehehehehe) 

Okay, so was I the only one SUPER excited about the SUPER BOWL???!!! Well, actually the EXCITEMENT died after like 30minutes o watching the game. It was hard to watch I mean REALLY???!!!! Well, anyone that's a BRONCOS FAN understands my pain. I won't bore y'all with all the details but I will be sharing pictures from our Super Bowl party in a later post but for now let me just show y'all my nails that I need to hurry up and change the polish on. lol 

My nails exemplify just how amped up I was about the SUPER BOWL.

Just Another MANICure Monday... w/ Linky!

Wow... I can't believe that we are in the 3rd week of the "New Year" and the days are rolling by SUPA FAST! I haven't blog in what seems like 4 EVA!!!! I don't have a legitimate reason for NOT blogging other than being the BIGGEST procrastinator known to man/woman kind! At any rate, I hope everyone year has started off to a GREAT start. Today, is observed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as he recently had what woud have been his 85th Birthday and in his honor I created a candle in his remembrance... May his light forever shine in our lives!!!!! ~"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." -Martin Luther King, Jr.

I REALLY wanted to do my nails in something symbolic towards "King Day" - today is a GIFT and everyday should be treated as such! Therefore, my mani was inspired by the word: GIFT!

Andddd... what girl doesn't like GIFTS!!!!! Which reminds me of one of my very 1st gifts from my Hubs was a Tiffany Necklace & Bracelet. It was my very 1st time EVER receiving a little blue box so I was STOKED!

Just Another MANICure Monday… Alice & Olivia Inspired!

Ok, so I’m starting to realize that I’m becoming more and more of a nail blogger. Which I’m TOTALLY not that beauty blogger person… I just happen to LOVE nail polish and doing my nails. Besides I made you guys a promise by posting the link-up so if I don’t do NOTHING else I do manage to get my “Manicure Monday” blog posts. Lol

Here we are back at Monday again and I have found myself back for this week Manicure Monday which was inspired by my cute little Alice & Olivia Starbucks mug/tumbler.

Last week nails in above pic... but peep the tutu! Isn't it CUTE!!!!

This mug was definitely LOVE at 1^st sight. When I 1^st laid eyes on it – I just knew I had to have it.

The white & black polish is just that: White & Black by KleanColor & the GOLD polish is OPI but I didn’t catch the actual name on the polish

This was a really simply manicure… The bow tie came out a little sideways but for the most part I think I did ok.  What do you guys think?
