Mother’s Day Recap & OOTD!

Happy Monday My Loves! I haven’t gotten around to doing my nails for “Manicure Monday” so I’ve decided to share a recap from my Mother’s Day. I know, I know… I’m a lil late but hey I figured it’s better late than never. Then again every day is Mother’s Day if you ask me! ~shrugs~

The Mother’s in my family were brought together and the Men of the family cooked for us and served us! I didn’t get a pic of the food table but I have to hand it to the guys they did good! It also felt good to have the guys take charge in the kitchen and wait on us ladies hand & feet! J

Just Another Manicure Monday... Jawbreakers

Happy Monday Loves… Cheers to another week!

If you are a Mother I hope your Mother’s Day was filled with Happiness, Joy, and Peace!!!! I can say: my Mother’s Day was beyond blessed and I’m completely back from vacation and what FUN I had!

This week manicure was inspired by my blogger buddy Jeimy over at Jeimy's Fashion Love Affair as she posted a pic of her manicure on Instagram (see below) and I was highly inspired.

 I use 2 newbies from my KleanColor collection: White & Peaceful Heart

I’m thoroughly satisfied with the outcome… 

Of course I had to add a little sparkle - It wouldn't be me w/o the sparkle!

My daughter stated that my nails reminded her of Jawbreakers… What do you think?

The 4-1-1... #LAShoesday

Ok, so here’s the 4-1-1 (info, update, the bizness)

I leave for Bahamas in the morning & guess what???!!! I STILL haven’t packed… I have got to be the BIGGEST procrastinator known to man-kind! But don’t get it twisted ~ I do get ish done. It’s just something about doing things under pressure. It gives me an adrenaline rush! I know that might sound KRAZY but I get a major RUSH by RUSHING! ~shrugs

Imma work on my time management ~ PINKY PROMISE!

That was one of my vision board objectives. Speaking of vision board so many things are starting to come to pass that I’m VERY excited about life and what God is doing. I will keep y’all posted on all the exciting news in due time.

Lastly, if you follow me on Facebook/Instagram then you know that I do what I call #ShoesdayTuesday I initially started this as a challenge for myself to make sure that I wear all my shoes in my closet. But seems like I wasn’t the only one in the virtual world with the same idea so I wanted to know if any of my readers would like to join me?

 It’s pretty simple… Every Tuesday just take a picture of the shoes you are wearing and upload via Instagram then tag me on your Instagram page with the hashtag #LAShoesday - I had to make my own hashtag as there are so many shoes that are loaded using the other hash tag. Just Another Manicure Monday... Life's a Beach!

Guess who’s bizzzackkk… Whelp, for a few days anyway! ~shrugs~

I REALLY, REALLY miss you guys like for real for real. I’m STILL w/o a computer. You just NEVER know how much you need your computer until it actually goes out! I’m wondering how did we EVER live w/o technology! Lol

Anywho… let me just tell y’all about this week’s manicure. I went reach back in my good old stash and pull out the oldie but goodie polish: China Glaze. Don’t act like y’all don’t know NOTHING ‘bout China Glaze that’s that throwback polish what all the nail salons in the hood use to used. J

Just Another Manicure Monday… Pastel Colors!

Happy Monday… hope everyone enjoyed their Resurrection Sunday as much as I did!!!! To top it off I hopped right into SPRING with my pastel nail colors.

Polishes (L) to (R) - KleanColor Bikini Green, Rue Beaute! Nail Deco #07, Essie - Pink, KleanColor Pastel Purple, KleanColor White

I wanted to try something a little colorful and different so being that I’m a SUCKA for pastel colors... I gave it a GO!   

  

Hmmm… don’t sweat my GREEN it didn’t come out the color that I was actually looking for: but overall I think they came out EGG-A-LENT!
