Happy New Year!!!!

Happy New Year Eve…

Wowzers… I can’t believe how fast this year has went by. Seem like just yesterday I was writing my 2013 Blog Post.

I'm going to try and keep this as quick as possible because I know NOBODY out there in the blog world is sitting around blogging and/or reading blogs right now… Besides, there’s so much I could say but so little of time. 1st off I hope everyone had a wonderfully blessed Christmas.

We are the type of household where you have to wear socks (no shoes) in the house... BUT we provide all our guest with FREE BRAND NEW SOCKS!

I REALLY want to keep my table like this all year round... *sigh* lol

It’s funny how fast time flies when you are having fun. 2013 has been incredible I was able to go on 10 (yes, ten) Vacations and that’s not including weekend getaways. I must honesty say: GOD IS GREAT!!!!

I wouldn’t change ANYTHING about this year because it has been a true blessing!!!! It was some things that happen that I’ve yet to share with folks and only my close family and friends know but just know God just keep on blessing. Sometimes it brings tears to my eyes just to know how GREAT is our GOD!

But here's a few highlights of this year...

I did a Vision Board last year and I can honestly say that I was and still am completely overjoyed... Every day I look at my 2013 Vision Board & every day I get closer & closer to my vision being fulfilled!!!! As the day went by another vision came to pass!!!!

 My #Faithnista™ T-shirt line was officially launched!!!!! Can't nobody tell me... Dreams & Visions don't come true!!!! ~As cliche as it may sound: If you dream it, believe it, and you shall receive it!!!!! If you haven't already started working on your 2014 Vision Board I suggest you get to it...  The VISION is REAL!!!!!

2013 Confession: I've NEVER wanted to be called "skinny" when I use to hear that word I immediately would think of "Olive Oyl" from the cartoon Popeye and all came to mind is big ole head, big feet goof-ball of a woman but that's the trick of the enemy because that doesn't define me... I've learn to LOVE & accept me for WHO I am!!!! I may NOT be your ideal size but GOD thinks I'm to DIE for!!!! We ALL are beautiful & wonderfully created no matter your size, sex, or color LOVE thyself... There's NO other LOVE that is greater than self-LOVE & GOD LOVE!!!! Don't insult GOD... He make NO mistakes & he made you just the way he wanted you to be... Uniquely You!!!!

Some folks won't share their flaws they too busy concerned about what the WORLD think of them instead of sharing their story to help somebody else... I could've kept this to myself but I'm sure I'm NOT the only person that's dealing with a word or words that may NOT be liked but don't let it define you... Celebrating in Lace

This past weekend I went to the The Cajun Crabhouse in Atlanta

I was there for a Birthday Dinner Celebration for my girlfriend Nikki

And, let me just tell you... the whole restaurant experience was a BUST! Yep, we were BUSTED & DISGUSTED!

Almost everything we ordered they were out of, Some of our party food did not come out correctly, burnt, not seasoned, and the bill was wrong!!!! We arrived around 7:30 but the food didn’t get to the table until around 9:30 ish… That’s 2 hours waiting on FOOD!!!!  

BAD PIC due to the dim lights inside of the restuarant but I had Shrimp & Fries... My Hushpuppy was a lil over cooked but for the most part my meal was DELISH!

 I’m sure y’all notice that my Instagram-ing and Tweeting was on PAUSE on Friday Night welp, my cellphone was DEAD (as always) and the WIFI at the restaurant did not work! Now y’all know... that is a BLOGGERS NIGHTMARE!!!! YIKES!!!!!

We requested to speak with the Manager and she finally came over and discounted our tickets with 18% off which basically covered the gratuity that was included in the bill. As for the (2) two young ladies in our party who meal didn’t arrive on time she gave them their meal FREE but charge them for the drink and gratuity! She also offered a coupon for a return visit for a FREE Entrée and as much as I LOVE the word: FREE I really got to think long and hard about going back.

Lace is a trend that I always wanted to try but never really found a lace piece that was flattering enough in my mind that I could actually pull off. So, when I saw this dress I knew it was a WINNER!
