Just Another MANICure Monday… Alice & Olivia Inspired!

Ok, so I’m starting to realize that I’m becoming more and more of a nail blogger. Which I’m TOTALLY not that beauty blogger person… I just happen to LOVE nail polish and doing my nails. Besides I made you guys a promise by posting the link-up so if I don’t do NOTHING else I do manage to get my “Manicure Monday” blog posts. Lol

Here we are back at Monday again and I have found myself back for this week Manicure Monday which was inspired by my cute little Alice & Olivia Starbucks mug/tumbler.

Last week nails in above pic... but peep the tutu! Isn't it CUTE!!!!

This mug was definitely LOVE at 1^st sight. When I 1^st laid eyes on it – I just knew I had to have it.

The white & black polish is just that: White & Black by KleanColor & the GOLD polish is OPI but I didn’t catch the actual name on the polish

This was a really simply manicure… The bow tie came out a little sideways but for the most part I think I did ok.  What do you guys think?

Just Another MANICure Monday… (On Tuesday)

I hope everyone week has started out  to a GREAT! As far as I’m concerned… I’ve been supa busy with trying to get my foot back into my business that I haven’t had the opportunity to blog and comment on blogs like I should. I will be around this week blog hoping so you shall see me if you haven’t seen me on your blog in a while. With the limited amount of time I have these days I didn’t even get a chance to do my nails. {Side Eye}  Yeah, Yeah, yeah… I know shame on me.

But WAIT!!!! Lucky for me I did have some $1 Nail Decals (from the dollar store) stored away so I applied them to my last week mani. Please don’t judge me… Desperate Times cause for Desperate Measures.  

  

This is a quick fix for an on the go Mani… the downfall is if you have large nails the decals may not fit. Lucky, for me my fingers are small. lol

Just Another MANICure Monday… OPI & Essie!

Happy Monday… I’m feeling good and feeling GREAT! I hope everyone had a wonderfully blessed “Thanksgiving” as I did. There are just sooo many things that I am “thankful” for that I don’t even have enough blog space to share. Just know that that for the most part I am truly thankful for the air that I breathe and that I’m alive and well to share with Family, Friends, and of course my blog world! Without you guys my blog could not be successful and I thank each and every one of you for taking the time to READ or even just click on my blog to see what’s happening with me. Just to know that I was though of means a lot!  

Alright, Alright, Alright… before I get all mushy mushy let me also share that I am “thankful” and super excited to have

re-launched my online LA Lynn’s “Faith and Fashion” Store. For those who have been following, reading, speculating, and truly know me know that this is where my true passion is… Everything I do I try and do it for the Kingdom w/o being too “churchy” Ugh…. (Church Folks) lol No seriously, I love spreading the word while enhancing your wardrobe.  

It actually felt good re-launching the store and having ground breaking $ALES. I’m so grateful for everyone that has shopped and for those who plan on shopping my store. Weekly Style Challenges...OOTD!

As of late… I’ve been participating in all these IG Challenges – The 1^st week I participated in the Plaid Challenge & last week I participated in the handbag/clutch challenge both challenges were hosted by vintage style blogger: Finding Her Niche. I like these type of challenges because you don’t realize what you actually have in your closet until a challenge strikes. Well, at least that’s in my case. I’m going to share last week looks 1^st as I had so much fun incorporating clutches that I rarely get to carry and instead of utilizing my everyday Michael Kors purse.

Just Another Manicure Monday (on Tuesday)… Cocaine!

Well, it seems that my days are moving faster than my blog posts are… I’m so into the instant posting of IG that it may have me where I’ve neglected my blog. I want to apologize for that but I’m trying so hard to keep up with Facebook, Twitter, IG Blogging, Business and Life in general that sometimes it can get the BEST of ME!

This week Mani I like to call: Crack; yup! In honor of my addiction to coffee & cocaine nail polish... All white… “Snow White”

 The downfall of having an all-white manicure is that it get dirty/dingy really fast. Do anyone have a suggestion on how to keep white manicures looking white?

I guess you can say I am a day late and a dollar short… but at least my nails are FABULOUS! Lol

Church Girl Chic… Sunday's Best!

It’s been over a week since I last posted but I was on vacation and although my body was back my mind wasn’t. Like the saying goes… you ALWAYS need a vacation from vacation. I still haven’t gotten the opportunity to do my nails so this will not be my typical “Manicure Monday” blog post but I do plan on doing my nails and getting the link up either later this evening or tomorrow. So, if you have your mani ready to show-off the linky will be up soon. J

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend as I did. I will be doing a full recap of my weekend on a later post as my daughter had a costume shindig that turned out beyond amazing and I’m sure you may have saw a few pics on Instagram but I also wanted to blog about it as well.

On yesterday… I went to Church per usual on Sunday but I wanted to wear my “skater skirt” as I’ve had it for months now and the weather was perfect so I decided why not pair it with some tights and wear it to church???!!! Never in a million years would I have worn this to church back in the day and I’m sure some elder somewhere is probably eyeing me for wearing a skater skirt to church.

~ Please Don’t Judge Me... but if you must! ~

NOTE TO YOU: You can be saved, sanctified, fill with the Holy Ghost, and STILL be FLY!!!! Don’t allow the enemy to define your worth by the clothes you wear, the job you have, and the people you associate yourself with…. Everyone is equally valuable in God eyes.
