Thrifted Thursday... OOTD!

Ok, like seriously somebody should have told me long time ago how much money I could have been saving thrifting! HA!
I mean really I NEVER thought in a million years that I would’ve thrift shopped & now I can't seem to STOP!!!! Sadly though I can’t even believe I actually was sleeping on the Thrift Store… Thank God for my Thrifting Bloggies for hipping me to this new trend (well new to me)! I know some of y’all are PRO’s while others of us are AMATEURS!!!!



As for me, I’m still learning the thrifting game but I’m playing to WIN so I don’t see myself dropping the ball anytime soon!
Besides, it’s sooo much fun going on a thrifting treasure hunt; you NEVER know what you may find!!!!

I accessorized with PINK in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness… *hence, Pink Ribbon on my shoulder* 






Hmmm… I’m not sure if folks still wear shoulder pads in their clothes but I left the pads in to add a little DRESS DRAMA! I’'s ok to have a little DRAMA in your life every now and then! *giggles*

Note to You: I tell folks all the time… If you are new to thrifting you might want to pack some patience, some hand sanitizer, and have a BUDGET!!!! Yesssss, a BUDGET because you will be so SURPRISE at the prices that it’s easy to find yourself over spending!

    I tried thrifting my patience level is not good because of my size I give up after looking through a few pieces. I am determined to do better in the new year.

      Kita, I completely understand... The 1st couple of times I went I was LIKE: NO MA'AM!!!! But I keep going back after seeing everybody else's FABuless thrifted finds! Give it another try next year that way you can start over FRESH!

    What a great find! I'm like Kita and don't have much patience, but I'm also trying to do this with a tween and toddler sometimes. Next time I'm going by my dang self! LOL You hooked your little dollar dress up!

    Great finds at some of these Thrift Stores-I’ve found some expensive name brand cookware, pots and pans that normally would run around $50-$150 at the Thrift Store for between $2-$7. I haven't gotten to much into the clothing when I go, but from a glance they seem to have tons of stuff.

    Wow that is a really really nice dress. Men sleep on thrift stores. I get good deals on clothes,housewares and even tools!

    I feel you, I've seen more than a few bloggers express how thrifting changed their outlooks, especially ATLiens. I've been longing to visit a thrift shop in my city but I can't get anyone to go with me. Lol. My woman claims she will, but hasn't, as of yet.

    Yeah that's a great find! The color of the dress is so pretty and I love how you added the pink accents. I'm still not that good at thrifting. I go. But I hardly ever find great items. Very cute!

    Doll I'm loving this beautiful dress on you and the color is such a WOW factor on you. And I love thrifting just wish had more time to do it.
    BTW: just read your email about finding a white blazer on a budget and let me tell you that H&M has some wonderful ones right now. I was just there today and was so tempted to buy one but I had to stop myself :D
